Terms of Service
Questie is operated by Miniheuristic (Google Play developer display name: 미니휴리스틱). Android: com.mini.yoyo · iOS: com.couplequest.app.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern Questie and related services provided by Miniheuristic (the operator). By signing up or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 19. Provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. Notify the operator immediately if you discover unauthorized use. Each user may have only one active couple connection at a time.
3. The service
Questie provides couple connections, quest creation, acceptance, proof and approval, secret rewards, daily quests, characters, moods, encouragement and notifications. Rewards are promises between users; the operator does not guarantee or fulfill them.
4. Connections and visibility
Connect by sharing or entering an invitation code. Your connected partner may see your name, character, mood, quests and submitted content. Secret rewards are revealed only after the required proof is approved. Disconnecting deletes shared quests, proof, rewards and media and cannot be undone.
5. Your content
You must have the necessary rights to text, photos, video, audio and other content you upload. You retain ownership and permit the operator to process it only as needed to provide, store, transform and display it to your connected partner. A partner may save content separately; share sensitive information carefully.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not misuse another person’s account or invitation code; harass or threaten anyone; send illegal, harmful or discriminatory content; infringe privacy, image rights or copyright; reverse engineer the service, bypass security or access controls, disrupt operation, or violate laws or public order.
7. Changes and interruptions
The operator may change or temporarily suspend the service for improvements, security, maintenance, compliance or unavoidable circumstances. Important changes will be announced in advance where possible; urgent security issues may be announced afterward.
8. Restrictions and termination
You can disconnect or delete your account in Settings at any time. The operator may restrict users who seriously violate these terms or laws or compromise service safety. The Privacy Policy governs data handling when an account is deleted or use ends.
9. Responsibilities
The operator makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service and is not a party to promises, reward fulfillment or relationship disputes between users. Liability for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, communications failures and platform or external service failures, may be limited to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not limit statutory user rights.
10. Updates to these terms
The operator may update these terms to reflect changes in laws or the service. Important changes and their effective dates will be announced in the app or on this page in advance, with a reasonable notice period for changes materially unfavorable to users.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties will seek an amicable resolution in good faith. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the court specified by applicable law.
