Account deletion
Questie is operated by Miniheuristic (Google Play developer display name: 미니휴리스틱). Android: com.mini.yoyo · iOS: com.couplequest.app.
1. Delete in the app
Sign in to Questie, open Settings, choose Account → Delete account, read the notice and confirm deletion. The deleted account cannot be used to sign in or restored.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, email daytabest@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Questie account deletion request”. We may ask for minimal identity verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. After verification, requests are normally handled within 30 days unless exceptional circumstances apply.
3. What is deleted
The Firebase Authentication account and profile, push tokens, active couple connection, quests, proof, rewards, daily quests and stored photos, video and audio are deleted. For Apple sign-in accounts, Apple sign-in tokens are revoked.
4. Limited retention
Reports needed to comply with law, investigate ongoing safety issues or address disputes may be retained with restricted access for the period necessary. Ordinary reports are deleted 90 days after receipt.
